Consulting
Effective September 1, 2006 my initial consultation fee will be $150.00. For that fee, I will spend at least one hour to meet and discuss your problem; evaluate your issue(s); and offer a recommendation and/or legal options. Should you decide to pursue an available legal remedy, my services may be retained after the initial consultation at an hourly rate of $250.00 per hour; or on a set fee basis - depending upon the nature of your matter.
Litigation
Litigation services regarding workplace issues are available on a variety of
levels, depending on the complexity of the issue(s) involved. Unless a set
fee is negotiated, all litigation services are rendered on an hourly fee
basis.
Seminars
Keith Kendall is available for seminars on a wide range of workplace topics,
ranging from a general, “Workplace Rights” presentation; to a presentation
focused on specific workplace issues, such as discrimination in the
workplace; unemployment compensation; wage payment and collection law; and
federal employee rights, among others.
Public Presentations
Keith Kendall is available, as his schedule will allow, for free
presentations to public service, non-profit and public education entities.
